9 am – Court in session.

9:47 am – Complaint regarding gravel trucks on Highway CC just north of Hamilton.

10:05 am – Well-being check on subject in Altamont.

11:05 am – Abby Farris, 30, Trenton, was taken into custody from court for probation violations on original charges of passing bad checks, misdemeanor. Bond was denied and she was transferred to DDCRJ.

1:56 pm – Report of property damage to light pole in Jamesport.

5:06 pm – Assisting DFS at residence in Altamont.

 

5-4-16

12:45 am – Report of truck that lost passenger side tires on I-35 at the 71mm. Not an accident. Vehicle is pulled over on the shoulder.

4:48 am – Report of semi on fire on Highway 6 west of Trenton.

10:25 am – Assisting Probation/Parole Officer.

2:03 pm – MSHP arrested Jacome Dunner, 28,  Independence, for no valid driver’s license, misdemeanor. Dunner was transported to DDCRJ. Bond set at $500.

3:50 pm – Assisting DFS at residence in Gallatin.

10:10 pm – Heather Renae Myers, 31, Gallatin, turned herself in at the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office on a Daviess County warrant for FTA on original charges of non-support, misdemeanor A.  Bond of $1,500 cash was paid and she was released.

 

5-5-16

12:26 am – Assist with medical call.

3:32 am – Possible prowler outside of house in Jamesport. Nothing found.

4 am – Out at Jamesport School regarding open door on bus.

8:36 am – Gentry County Sheriff’s Office advising that they have Amanda Fredericks, 35, McFall, in custody on a Daviess County warrant.  Fredericks was transported to DDCRJ where a no bond warrant was served with charges of probation violation.

1 pm – New charges were filed on Robert Haughton, 25, Gallatin, for misdemeanor 3rd degree assault that occurred in DDCRJ. Bond of the assault charge is set at $750 cash. Haughton is being held by Daviess County at DDCRJ on previous charges of class C felony statutory sodomy.

1:19 pm – Two car accident on Highway 69 west of Winston Truck Stop. No injuries.

5:21 pm – Call regarding child custody issues.

 

5-6-16

8:04 am – Domestic disturbance in Winston.

8:30 am – Sheriff’s Office in Altamont on domestic disturbance.

12:41 pm – MSHP requesting K9 Alan at traffic stop on I-35. MSHP arrested Daniel Wiecki, 30, Phoenix, AZ, for two counts misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Wiecki was transported to DDCRJ where he later posted a bond of $750 and was released.

8:27 pm – Assisting parents with juvenile child.

11:46 pm – Kristy Dixon, 40, Jamesport, was transferred to DDCRJ for 12-hour detox hold after she was arrested for DWI.

 

5-7-16

12:50 am – Checking on suspicious vehicle parked in lot of produce auction on Highway F in Jamesport.

11:09 am – Individual has cow with blue tag in ear that does not belong to them. Please call S.O. if you are missing a cow.

6:29 pm – Complaint of persons hanging around bridge that is out on 292nd Street near Jamesport.

6:47 pm – Report of possible domestic situation.

9:23 pm – On I-35 with subject driving 120 mph. George Makulu, 19, Des Moines, IA, was transferred to DDCRJ on charges of excessive speed and endangering welfare of a child.  Makulu later posted a $1,000 cash bond and was released.

10:15 pm – Subject is transporting family member to hospital in Chillicothe after a domestic assault which occurred in Lock Springs. Chillicothe PD at hospital to assist with investigation.

11:02 pm – Suspect from above assault is still at residence.

 

5-8-16

12:20 am – From above, Richard Kerns, 43, Lock Springs, was transferred to DDCRJ on DeKalb County warrant for FTA on original charges of failing to register as sex offender. Bond is set at $100,000 cash for DeKalb County. Charges pending in Daviess County for domestic assault.

8:21 am – Responding to motion alarm at business north of Gallatin.  All found to be secure.

6:34 pm – Call regarding child custody issues.

7:36 pm – Responding to call regarding subject walking in field south of Old Pattonsburg.

4:25 pm – Subject wanting assistance with aggressive dogs at residence near Pattonsburg.

6:35 pm – Shoplifting report of gas station in Pattonsburg.
