Leading the Gallatin R-5 Class of 2016 during graduation ceremonies held May 6 were valedictorian Coby Brogan and salutatorian Aubrey Burns. Coby is the son of Jeffery Brogan and the late Kristina Brogan. Aubrey is the daughter of Brant and Tara Burns. There are 89 students graduating from the five public schools in Daviess County, all featured in a special souvenir section in this week’s edition and made possible by area business sponsors.
