Congratulations to the Winston FFA Dairy Foods team for placing 19th at the State FFA Dairy Foods contest and earned a Group 2 rating. Connor Christenson placed 10th overall and earned a Group 1 rating.

Winston Academic ends 12-2, Morgan Farrell on All-District Team
Winston’s Academic Team competed in the MSHSAA District Academic (Scholar) Bowl on Saturday, April 16.
In the preliminary rounds, the Redbirds posted victories over Pattonsburg (320-80) and North Daviess (240-130) while suffering defeat at the hands of Princeton (400-180).
In the semifinal game, Winston defeated East Harrison 210-160. This set up a rematch with Princeton for the District Championship. In the end the Tigers prevailed 380-210, giving the Redbirds their fourth consecutive runner-up finish in the District Tournament.
Winston finished the year with a record of 12-2. Morgan Farrell was named to the All-District team for his performance on Saturday.
