8 am – Benjamin Danz, 31, Colorado Springs, CO, was arrested when he reported for court supervision after refusing to follow supervision orders. A warrant was issued for bond revocation on original charges of felony possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute. Bond is set at $65,000.

6:27 pm – Mercer County advising that missing juvenile from their area may have been seen in Jamesport. Gave vehicle description but car was in Jamesport approximately one hour ago.

8:04 pm – Above vehicle has been located and is NOT the missing juvenile.

8:17 pm – Woman reporting domestic dispute in Coffey area.

9:17 pm – Call regarding dispute in Coffey.

11:11 pm – Complaint of possible drunk driver on Highway 13 north of Coffey.

11:44 pm – Possible burglary of residence in Altamont. Residence had been ransacked but nothing reported to be missing.

7:50 am – Complaint of C&I driver on Highway 6 east of Gallatin.

10:20 am – Walk in to Sheriff’s Office (SO) regarding domestic incident overnight.

7:10 pm – MSHP arrested Kingsley Obi, 28, Cedar Falls, IA, for misdemeanor no valid license. Obi was transferred to DDCRJ. Bond set at $500.

11:17 am – Cameron PD advising they have Jessie Carter, 42, Winston, in custody for FTA on original charge of misdemeanor 3rd degree assault. Carter was transferred to DDCRJ on $2,000 cash bond.

6:28 PM – One-vehicle accident on I-35.

3:49 pm – MSHP arrested Mackenzie O’Malley, 25, St Joseph, for DWI. O’Malley was transferred to DDCRJ where he posted a $500 cash bond and was released after serving a 12-hour detoxification hold.

5:51 pm – Report of property damage to basketball goal at the Winston Park.

11:17 pm – Report of party south of Jamesport.

2:02 am – Call of people being in house of neighbor who is on vacation.

2:24 pm – Deputy with 5 juveniles from above call.

3:39 pm – Call regarding civil matters.

3 pm – Deputy arrested Raymond Johnson, 35, Pattonsburg, for DWI. Johnson was transferred to DDCRJ on 12-hour detoxification and released.

3:57 pm – Verbal disturbance over child custody exchange requesting deputy.

5:44 pm – False burglary alarm at business north of Gallatin.

7:04 pm – Report of car on fire east of Jamesport. Car was on its side and no one is inside. Owner was later located and has no injuries.

7:29 pm – Call reporting possible animal problem in Coffey.

9:28 pm – Response to business intruder alarm in Pattonsburg. Then reported as false alarm.

11:40 pm – Call advising of elderly person being dropped off at truck stop in Winston.
