Summit Gas was represented in person by David Moody and John Sterneker, and on conference call by Lori Ridwell, comptroller, Lisa Webb and Lisa Lynch. The information for the totals of the 2015 properties is needed from Summit Gas. Summit Gas is continuing with the assessor’s office to come to agreement for 2015 values. Assessor Betty Harmison discussed the 2014 values that have not been resolved with the State Tax Commission. Since totals have not been completed for the 2015 values, the board is unable to make a decision, along with the assessor’s office. Summit Gas can protest directly to the State Tax Commission before the deadline of Sept. 30. Roll call vote: Carl Carder: yea; David Cox: yea; Randy Sims: yea; Elaine Bohannon: yea; Les Turner: yea.
