The 80-year old bridge, built in 1934, carries approximately 1,400 vehicles per day. MoDOT has identified it as a critical condition bridge. Replacing the Honey Creek Bridge is currently not part of MoDOT’s statewide transportation-improvement program (STIP) for the next five years. The 2016-2000 STIP may be viewed at www.modot.org/plansandprojects.
