On July 24, Tpr. J. Johnston stopped a gray Toyota Camry for speeding on northbound I-35 at the 66-mile marker in Daviess County. During the stop, at 8:20 a.m., two individuals were taken into custody and transported to DDCRJ on a 24-hour investigative hold.
