Funeral services for Betty McKay will be at 2 p.m. Monday, July 6, at McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin. Burial is at the McFall Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Mercy Hospital in care of McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin.

Betty McKay, 82, of Kansas City, formerly of Gallatin, died July 1, 2015, at Liberty Hospital.
Betty Jo Thompson McKay was born July 9, 1932, in Bethany, and spent most of her adult life living in Kansas City, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dix McKay, her parents Mildred and Auvil Thompson, sister Janet Jones, and brothers Dale Thompson and Lonnie Thompson.
Betty is survived by her children and their spouses, Cathy and Michael Verquer, Cindy and Mike McGuire, Leanne and John Morris, Michael and Roxie McClure; their father, Bob McClure; sister, Cheryl Garlick; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
