An audition will be held for the Missoula Children’s Theatre original adaptation of The Little Mermaid on Monday, July 6, at the Courter Theater in Gallatin from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. Those auditioning should plan to stay for the full two hours, 10-noon. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.

Approximately 50-60 roles are available for local students. All students, entering first grade through ninth grade, are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Most students will rehearse approximately 4 ½ hours each day, Monday through Friday. The performances are scheduled for Friday, July 10, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, July 11, at 7 p.m.
