9:10 pm – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office (SO) arrested Brittany Bell, 31, Winston, for 3rd degree domestic assault, misdemeanor. The incident occurred on 6-14-15. Bond is set at $750 cash.
10:28 pm – Funeral escort.
11:10 am – Walk-in to SO reference building broken into in Jamesport. Suspect gained entry by breaking a window. Nothing was reported missing.
11:27 am – Complaint from Jamesport regarding individual trying to run over her.
11:57 am – Disturbance in Jamesport regarding child custody; also part of previous call.
4:15 pm – New charges were filed on Devin First, 19, who is in custody at DDCRJ on previous charges for 3rd degree assault, misdemeanor. The charges were filed for an incident that occurred at the jail on June 7. Bond is set at $750 cash.
5:50 pm – Subject requesting well-being check on friend.
5:58 pm – Report of door open on empty residence in Jamesport. All OK. Door won’t stay closed.
6:02 pm – Caller advising of harassment in Jamesport.
8:32 pm – Report of stolen item from shop located near Jameson.
10:30 pm – Verbal disturbance in Coffey over repossession of vehicle.
11:18 pm – Concerns over child custody issue in Jamesport.

12:09 am – Cameron PD advising of stolen vehicle from Cameron.
7:53 am – Attempted break-in at business in Jamesport. Suspect attempted to gain entry by prying a door open. No one got in and nothing was reported missing.
1 pm – Funeral escort.
5:04 pm – Subject being harassed by individual in Jamesport.
5:35 pm – Sullivan County advising they have Floyd Jarrett, 39, Galt, on Daviess County warrant for class D felony, damage to jail property and 2 counts of misdemeanor possession of prohibited item in county jail. Jarrett posted a $500 cash bond and was released.

7:44 am – Burglary at business in Jamesport. Subjects gained entry by forcing the back door open. $250 was reported missing from the office.
4 pm – Walk-in to SO regarding incident that occurred in Jamesport over the last few days.

10:45 pm – Report of driver in the southbound lane of I-35 headed north.
10:48 pm – Domestic disturbance at residence east of Gallatin.

1:51 am – Out at second residence reference above.
2:10 am – Report of hit and run to vehicle on property in Jamesport.
3:01 am – Subject in Jamesport hurt and may have been in fight at the Jamesport Tavern. Subject refused medical treatment.
8:48 am – Report of ATV accident with injuries west of old Pattonsburg.
10:10 am – Caller needing assistance in locating family member who is visiting someone in Coffey.
12:26 pm – Complaint of person driving by their residence and harassing them in Jamesport.
3:46 pm – Stone County SO advising they have subject in custody on two Daviess County warrants for 4 misdemeanor counts of fraudulently stopping payment of checks. Subject also has numerous other warrants.
6:01 pm – Person wanting to file charges on an assault that occurred earlier.

12:08 am – Out with two vehicles on I-35 at the 70mm reference 2 calls reporting C & I drivers.
12:30 am – On scene of individual walking on side of I-35, transporting to truck stop in Cameron.
11:26 am – Individual wanting to report an assault that occurred at Lake Viking. Subject left residence and wanting to meet deputy at courthouse.
6:36 pm – Severe thunderstorm warning for Pattonsburg, Jameson, Coffey, Jamesport and Lock Springs.
11:35 pm – Domestic dispute in Altamont.

2:57 am – Complaint of being assaulted and harassed by subject. Individual coming to SO later today.
9 am – An additional $700 has been added to the reward for information leading to the property damage of several residents of Lake Viking over the weekend of June 5. This brings the total amount of the reward to $1,000. Please call the SO if you have information.
12:25 pm – MSHP arrested Juan Fernando Alvear, 21, Denver, CO, for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Alvear was transported to the Daviess County SO where he posted a $500 cash bond and was released.
7 pm – Complaint regarding dog at Lake Viking.
11:07 pm – MSHP en route to SO with 4 arrests. Subjects all transported to DDCRJ for 24-hour investigative hold. Charges include DWI, minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
