County Commission
Road and bridge crews are hauling rip-rap for storm damage repair county-wide. Storm damage repairs are completed as follows: bridge on 100th Street in Jefferson Township, bridge on Vista Avenue in Colfax, and bridge on Granite Avenue in Grand River Township. The low water crossing in Benton Township will have a corrugated metal pipe placed on 151st Street. The crew will be replacing a culvert on 112th Street in Jefferson Township with an 8= culvert.
Bills were reviewed and approved.

The courthouse closed at noon for the funeral of Georgia Maxwell, previous Daviess County Recorder.
Circuit Court
Civil cases filed: Davie Kimble, Cameron, vs. Gladys A. Kimble, Vandalia, dissolution of marriage; Angela Fairchild, Pattonsburg, vs. Eric Fairchild, Chillicothe, dissolution of marriage.
A transcript judgment was entered for the Department of Employment Security and against Monroe Township of Daviess County.
Associate Division
Donna Bendickson, Jamesport, was charged June 17 with three felony counts of passing bad checks.
Debra L. Hall, Oregon, Mo., was charged June 17 with one felony count of passing bad checks.
Joshaline Lanette Hinkle, Kansas City, was charged with one felony count of passing bad checks.
Defendants found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $68.50 for moving traffic violations, and $116.50 in most criminal cases. Judge Daren L. Adkins presided over the following cases on June 15:

Robert Collins, Gallatin, failed to yield involving an accident, $30.50.

Jonathan Fletcher, Dalton, IL, no valid license, $300.
Larry Wenthold, Piedmont, SD, possession of marijuana, 10 days jail; possession of paraphernalia, 4 days jail.
Jeremy Cobb, Gallatin, passing bad checks, $25.
Tony Hull, Mason City, IA, no valid license, $300.
Ryan S. Hunter, Gallatin, possession of marijuana, 2 days jail; possession of paraphernalia, $150.
