Mary Beth Pittsenbarger’s project was first on June 9, with the theme “Come Meet Your Hometown Super Heroes.” She wanted to orient the youth to their local heroes, including the police, the fire department, and the EMS with Jason Smith. The Gallatin Fire Protection District’s new ladder truck was a big hit. There were 28 children visiting.
