The FCS license was modified and the radio repeater tower has been moved from Lock Springs to Winston, according to minutes from the meeting of the Daviess County Central 911 Board for Feb. 26 and April 30. (The March meeting was not held due to lack of a quorum.) Kidder-Altamont-Winston Fire Department will send a check for $1,500 towards the move of the tower as previously agreed upon.
The board agreed to pay in the month of May a recorder bill of $8,189 and a yearly liability insurance bill of $5,984.
Kyle McBroom was contacted to check on the exhaust fan in the office.
McBroom services was sent a check for services from 2010 to 2014 along with a letter requesting invoices be presented in a timely manner due to budget constraints.
Gene Walker inquired about the dent in the top of the generator and the possibility of it needing repaired.
The treasurer’s reports were accepted with April bills of $9,980.99, revenue of $26,726.99, county dispatch fees of $4,375 and a checkbook balance of $45,699.43; March bills of $16,007.64, revenue of $32,979.45 and a checkbook balance of $47,801.41; February bills of $7,364.76 revenue pf $28,868.38 and a checkbook balance of $47,957.26.
The April minutes were unapproved. February and March minutes were approved.
