All Winston sewer equipment is working well.

Ordinance enforcement officer reported on dog and property issues that are on watch, as well as contacts and plans. The report included a threat by one property owner who has dogs in violation.

The siren was tested and worked well.

A water line froze up at the park. It was fixed, but paneling needs time to dry out. Someone also ruined a lock on the shelter house.

Sarah Ragan was appointed to the Altamont-Winston Sewer Board.

Photos will be taken at the next meeting.

The county clerk advised that, if Winston stays on the same schedule, the street tax can be changed to four years when it is on the ballot in 2017 and it will be on the same schedule as most of the other entities.

Next meeting is at 7 p.m. on June 1.
