Gallatin FBLA members will now advance to the National Leadership Conference this June in Chicago after competing in the state competition at Springfield, April 11-14.

Nearly 4,500 students grades 5-12, college students, and advisers, descended upon Springfield for the Missouri Future Business Leaders of America – Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference. Gallatin High School had 49 members in attendance, under the direction and support of adviser Mrs. Barb Holcomb.
Students’ main focus was competitive events, in which nearly 3,400 of the attendees participated. Events ranged from Accounting I to Website Design, with Economics, Public Speaking, and Social Media mixed in between. Overall, FBLA is home to more than 70 events. Specific events vary across the three divisions of the organization – Middle Level, FBLA, and PBL.
