Winston R-6 Academic Team finished the regular season with a 7-2 record, good for second place in the HDC Conference. Results of the meet from Monday, March 23, were as follows: Winston defeated North Harrison 210-80; Tri-County defeated Winston 110-80; Winston defeated Pattonsburg 210-120.
