Ayrica Batson and Lee Adams, both of Springfield, were united in marriage on Dec. 6, 2014. The evening ceremony was held at the Rogers and Baldwin Historic Venue in Springfield, with the reception following.

Ayrica is the daughter of Jerry and Wanda Batson of Gallatin. Her paternal grandparents are Aleene Marsh, the late J.D. Marsh, and the late Bill Batson, all of Albany. Ayrica’s maternal grandparents are the late Elva and Madeline Fletchall of Grant City. She is a 2007 graduate of Gallatin and a 2012 graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield. Ayrica is employed as an office assistant/box office supervisor for the Springfield Cardinals baseball organization.

Lee is the son of Rick and Beverly Adams of Hamilton. His maternal grandparents are Caroline and the late Leon D. Richardson of Hamilton. Lee’s paternal grandparents are the late L.D. and Doris Adams of Lexington. He is a 2006 graduate of Penney High School and a 2009 graduate of Missouri State University in Springfield. Lee is currently employed as a sales representative for the Therma-Tru Doors Corporation.
