9:52 am – Livingston County has Henry Chester, 57, Chillicothe, in custody for Daviess County warrant for Probation Violation on original charges of Possession of Marijuana and Resisting Arrest, both misdemeanors. Chester will be transferred to DDCRJ. No bond has been set.
10:12 am – MSHP arrested Robert Thomas, 53, Liberty, on two FTA warrants from Maries County. The warrants were for traffic offenses. Thomas posted $550 cash bond and was released.
10:45 am – Assisting DFS in Gallatin.
11:42 am – Harrison County has Richard King Jr in custody on Daviess County warrant for Probation Violation for felony non support of child. King will be transferred to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $5000 cash only.

11:25 am – Mervin Mast, 45, Gallatin, was transferred to DDCRJ from Caldwell County. Mast was served with a Probation Violation warrant for Unlawful use of a Firearm while intoxicated. Mast is being held without bond.

11:55 am – MSHP arrested subject who was transferred to DDCRJ for 24 hour hold pending charges. Garth Hart, 21, Springfield, was charged with Class C felony possession of controlled substance (hash oil), misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bond is set at $7500.
1:30 pm – Funeral escort.
2:11 pm – Out with abandoned vehicle on Highway 6 west of Jamesport.
2:18 pm – Domestic disturbance over child custody in Winston.
4:10 pm – Grundy County S.O. advising they have 18yo Rudy Miller from Jamesport ready for transfer to DDCRJ. Miller is charged with Class D felony Property damage and Class C felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Bond is set at $5000.
