Based on the current conditions coupled with the forecast calling for inclement weather on Saturday, Feb. 21, the committee members of the Lake Viking Plunge feel it is in everyone’s best interest to postpone the events this weekend. Lake Viking Polar Plunge is rescheduled for March 7. (For information, contact [email protected].) The organizers apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Other plunges scheduled for Feb. 21 that have been rescheduled are as follows: Columbia – Rescheduled for March 14 (For information, contact [email protected]); Rolla – Rescheduled for March 7 (For information, contact 573-635-1660); Mexico — Rescheduled for March 7 (For information, contact [email protected]). The Joplin plunge scheduled for Feb. 21 will go on as planned.

Online registration is still open for all of the plunges above. Plungers who have already registered are encouraged to keep fundraising and if you haven’t registered, now is your chance to do so.
