10:20 am – Walk-in to Sheriff’s Office (SO) with damages to mailbox on Highway J north of Kidder.
10:42 am – Walk-in to SO regarding vandalism to house and property south of Winston.
1:02 pm – Grundy County advising they have subject in custody on Daviess County warrant. Ryan Southard, 22, McFall, was transferred to DDCRJ on $500 cash bond. The charge is class A misdemeanor fraudulent use of credit device.
4:08 pm – Report of individuals living in tent east of Gallatin.

9 am – Court in session.
11:40 am – Larry Curtis, 47, Independence, was transferred from court to DDCRJ on warrant issued for probation violation on original felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of explosive weapon. Bond is denied.
7:21 pm – Three vehicles involved in accident just east of Altamont on Highway 6 with injuries.

4:42 am – Report of semi stalled and blocking part of Highway 13 north of Jameson.
7:55 am – MSHP arrested Shevon L. Brooks, 36, Muskegon, Michigan, for operating vehicle without valid license. She was transported to the DDCRJ where bond of $400 was posted and she was released.
9:45 am – SO arrested Johnny Wayne Smith, 40, Gallatin, for contempt of court. He was transported to the DDCRJ.
12:55 pm – Deputy out with conservation agent.
2:35 pm – SO arrested April L. Myers, 35, Gallatin, on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of operating vehicle without a valid license, misdemeanor A. Bond of $600 was paid and she was released.

1:10 am – SO arrested Kristal Danielle Rainey, 22, Green City, for driving without a valid license. Rainey also had an active warrant out of Sullivan County for failure to appear. Bond of $200 was posted on the Sullivan County warrant. Rainey was issued a Daviess County warrant for no valid license and was transported to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $750 cash.
4:42 pm – St. Joseph PD with info regarding runaway juvenile.

1:12 am – Complaint of some sort of animal in house at Lake Viking.
2:08 pm – Verbal domestic Lake Viking.
1:54 pm – Rollover accident on Highway 190 north of Lock Springs.
4:32 pm – Rollover accident on Highway 69 north of Cameron. Injuries unknown.
6:41 pm – Car into bridge on Highway 69 north of Pattonsburg. No injuries.
9:23 pm – Report of person walking on Highway 6 west of I-35.
10:33 pm – Rollover accident on Highway 13 south of Gallatin. No injuries.
