1:20 am – Johnson County MO advising they have picked up subject on Daviess County warrant for FTA on misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Joshua Young, 25, Edwardsville, KS, will be transferred to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $1,500.
8:31 pm – Complaint of gunfire on Highway 13 near Jameson. All OK. Hunter.

6:16 am – Complaint of animal neglect in Coffey.
3:12 pm – Response to I-35. MSHP in pursuit of vehicle southbound I-35 from the 92mm.
3:35 pm – Pursuit ending at the 52mm just south of Cameron.
6:03 pm – Vehicle in the ditch at the intersection of Highways P & 13. No injuries.

1:55 am – MSHP arrested two subjects from traffic stop on I-35. Both were processed and transferred to DDCRJ on 24-hour investigative holds.
9:59 am – Checking on open door at residence in Altamont.
11:42 am – Jesus Ramirez, 22, Kansas City, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Jose Juarez-Avendano, 19, Kansas City, was charged with driving without valid driver’s license, speeding and no insurance, all misdemeanors. Bond was denied due to citizenship.
11:54 am – Out at residence in Lake Viking upon request of Harrison County Sheriff.
12:01 pm – Individual taken into custody and transferred to DDCRJ for Harrison County.
5:46 pm – Assisting Caldwell County in search for suspect from bank robbery in Polo. Subject last seen going north on Highway 13. Stayed in area until 6:45pm.
9:57 pm – Traffic stop on I-35 at the 70mm with tractor trailer. Requesting assistance from MSHP.
11:15 pm – Have ambulance meet deputy at courthouse with subject. May have medical problem.

12 am – Complaint of barking dogs in Coffey.
3 am – MSHP and Cameron PD officers in pursuit of stolen vehicle out of Springfield. Subjects exited at the 61, east on Highway 69 in Daviess County.
3:05 am – Vehicle has crashed at Highway 69 and Reel Avenue. Two subjects in custody taken to Cameron PD then transferred to DDCRJ. Subjects to be charged in Daviess County.
2 pm – Warrants issued for two from pursuit. Joseph Allison, 39, Kansas City, was charged with D felony resisting arrest, C felony tampering with motor vehicle, A felony assault on law enforcement, D felony property damage, c felony tampering, A misdemeanor driving while revoked, C felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanors of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bond is set at $100,000, cash only. Allison was also charged in DeKalb County for C felony tampering with motor vehicle with bond set at $90,000. Tammy Smith, 36, Springfield, was charged with C felony tampering with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor tampering with motor vehicle, C felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana/paraphernalia. Bond is set at $50,000.

12:02 pm – Complaint of abandoned vehicle at Lake Viking. Owner notified car must be removed.
5:05 pm – Two-vehicle accident on Highway 6 just east of Altamont. No injuries.
6:08 pm – Report of vehicle in ditch at the 59mm on I-35. No injuries.
6:22 pm – Report of slide off on Highway V just south of Otter Avenue. No injuries.
6:24 pm – Slide off on I-35 at the 58mm. No injuries.
6:40 pm – Abandoned vehicle still a problem at Lake Viking.
7 pm – C&I driver in Jamesport.
8:54 pm – Slide off on Highway V just north of Olive Baptist Church. No injuries.

8:56 am – Report property damage to corn field near Pattonsburg.
11:35 am – New charges were filed on Elizabeth Signorile, 44, who is currently in custody at DDCRJ. Signorile was charged with class C felony assault on correctional officer, 2nd degree. The incident occurred Jan. 3 when Signorile hit a female officer in the face and bit her on the arm. She is currently being held by Daviess County for a misdemeanor charge of assault on law enforcement for striking a MSHP officer on the arm several times with her keys after causing a disturbance at the Winston Truck Stop in August of 2014. Bond is set on the new charge at $35,000 cash and $5,000 on the previous.
