CHILLICOTHE, MO — The Chillicothe Area Arts Council is sponsoring this year’s Youth Talent Contest, to be held Feb. 21 at the United Methodist Church (1414 Walnut Street). There will be two performance categories: ages 6-12 and 13-18. First place for each group will win $75; second, $50; and third, $25. Groups or individuals may enter.
