The Pattonsburg Board of Aldermen raised Daviess County Public Water Supply District #1 water rates from 3.49 to 3.77 and set the rates to go into effect Jan. 1, 2015, during their meeting held Dec. 15, 2014.
Trash service increase will be addressed at the January meeting.
T-Mobile was permitted to upgrade the antenna’s on the water tower to support 4G service to the area.
Election filing dates were set Dec. 16 through Jan. 20.
The board decided not to renew the annual membership with Northwest Round Table.
All city licenses were approved.
The board agreed to pay $200 for the Great Northwest Days in Jefferson City.
The board entered into closed session to discuss litigations.
At the November 2015 meeting each employee was given a $100 gift card from Wal-Mart.
A sewer ordinance was accepted.
Those in attendance at the December meeting were Mayor Gene Walker; board members Lonnie Luke, Stephen Loxterman and Sandra Woodring. Randy Booth was absent. Also attending were city employees; Karen Shepherd, Jason Mercer and Richard Mooney and guests: Karen Sweat, Lewis Schnover and Mike Emerson, all with Daviess County PWSD #1.
