5:44pm – Towing abandoned vehicle at Oval west of Highway MM.

12-17-14

9:11am – C & I driver near Jamesport. Subject parked car and was seen running. Deputy responding said all was OK.

10:50am – Responding to call from DDRJ prisoner van on I-35. Subject is banging his head against the window.

8:27pm – MSHP arrested Ricky Baldwin, 24, Altamont, on Buchanan Co warrant for probation violation on original charge of non-support of child, $2500 bond. Baldwin was transferred to DDRJ.

9:27pm – Report of one car accident on Lake Viking Terrace. No injuries.

10:12pm – Subject from above accident transferred to DDCRJ. Gregory Wade, 59, Stewartsville, was issued summons for DWI, misdemeanor and released after a 12-hour detox.

3:55am – Slide-off on Highway 6 on the west side of Gallatin.

6:17am – Non-injury rollover accident on Highway 69 north of the Altamont Jct.

7:04am – Slide-off on Highway CC south of Highway 6.

9:20am – Residential burglar alarm at residence near Coffey. All OK.

9:49am – Individual has locked keys in his car parked in front of residence on Highway O. Bridgeman’s Tow to respond as soon as possible.

3:17pm – Verbal domestic in Jamesport.

6:23pm – Resident in Pattonsburg believes someone came through window while he was out. Nothing reported missing.

5:46pm – Complaint of harassing phone calls.

12-20-14

12:20am – Report of man dressed in black walking on I-35 and again at 12:50am. Officers not able to locate.

3:41am – Report of car on I-35 with no lights on at the 82mm.

4:01am – Driver stating he has lost all power on his car at the 71mm. Sending Bridgeman’s.

5:49am – Report of possible drunk driver in Gallatin.

9:38am – Car vs deer on I-35 at the 76mm. No injuries.

12:05pm – Extradition of prisoner from Omaha, NE, to DDCRJ by deputy. Jody J. Olson was released to Daviess County from the Nebraska Dept of Corrections. Olson had outstanding warrant for probation violation of 3 counts of felony non-support of child. Bond set at $35,000.

3:03pm – Assist with medical call in Pattonsburg.

12-21-14

12:13am – Brian K Coombs, 21, Jamesport, was arrested and transferred to DDCRJ. He was arrested for possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $1,000.

8:49am – MSHP arrested Douglas Schaeffer, 46, Waukegan, IL. for no valid driver’s license. Schaeffer was transferred to DDCRJ and later posted $500 bond and released.

9:35am – Individual at Cameron Regional Medical Center is being discharged and wants Sheriff’s Office to get his belongings from Pattonsburg and bring them to Cameron so he can catch the bus to Iowa. Not getting along with family.

2:33pm – Complaint of neighbor shooting gun towards his residence.

7:56pm – Report of vehicle parked at Terry Implement. Deputy doing perimeter check and didn’t find anything out of place.
