The Daviess/DeKalb Regional Jail Board will meet at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23, at the training trailer at the jail in Pattonsburg. Visitors will include Larry Joiner, Encartele Phone System. Old business will discuss the building add-on, training, and Todd Watson will talk about MULES. Closed session will hear the Steven Grant audit.
