Last year, Cameron Toys for Tots served 250 families by providing 676 kids in Clinton, Caldwell, and DeKalb Counties with Christmas gifts, and the organization is ready to do that again—or better—in 2014. This worthy program includes kids ages 1-10, and accepts new toys with a value of $10-$25. Cash donations are also accepted (and should be made by Dec. 13 – checks made payable to Cameron Toys for Tots – mailed to 409 S. West Street, Cameron MO 64429). Toys can be left in drop boxes at the Cameron Walmart, Orscheln Farm and Home, and various Marine Corps boxes found throughout locations in the three counties. To get a drop box for your business, call 816-632-9859. Toys for Tots recipients are determined by criteria put forth and identified through the county health departments.
