The Missouri Lottery is introducing a new type of promotion. Over 1 million fortune cookies with lucky numbers inside will be distributed to Chinese restaurants throughout the state, a promotion which began Nov. 24. By sponsoring the lucky numbers inside the cookies, the Missouri Lottery wants to encourage customers to pick their figures for various lotto games. This is the first time the Missouri Lottery has advertised in restaurants. Over 70 Asian restaurants in Missouri will participate in the promotion.
