7:05 pm – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office (SO) arrested Mamie L. Hayes, 36, Gallatin. Hayes was transported to DDCRJ on a Daviess County warrant with charges of hindering prosecution of felony – felony D. Bond was set at $15,000 cash. This charge was in connection with the capture of Jasen Wright, the Mercer County Jail escapee who was taken into custody in Gallatin.
7:09 pm – SO arrested Jasen Brent Logan Wright, 27, Gallatin, on a Mercer County warrant. Wright was released to Mercer County.

8:53 am – Jefferson City Correctional Center needing info on prisoner to be released for court.
9:29 am – Report of stray cattle on Highway J near Daviess/Caldwell County line.

12:01 pm – Vehicle slide off and into tree at Lake Viking. Minor injuries.
4:20 pm – Justin Leardi, 29, Lawson, turned himself in on Daviess County warrant for probation violation. Original charge was class C felony possession of a controlled substance. No bond has been set.

11 am – Dakota Thomas Morris, 17, Cameron, was taken into custody from court by the SO on a DeKalb County warrant on bond violation. Morris was transported to DDCRJ and turned over to DeKalb County.
