Two McFall women were involved in an accident at about 5:10 p.m. on Nov. 13 in Daviess County.

According to the highway patrol, Meckessa Rice, 40, McFall, was eastbound on Route T, five miles northwest of Pattonsburg. She attempted to make a left turn and failed to yield to Connie Hudson, 54, McFall, who was driving westbound in a 2011 Ford F-150. The vehicles struck head on in the westbound lane of Route T. Both vehicles came to rest on their wheels in the eastbound lane with moderate damage.
Ms. Hudson was taken by NTA Ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center. She was wearing her seat belt.
The accident was investigated by Tpr. J.P. Lynch, assisted by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, Pattonsburg Fire Department, and NTA Ambulance Service.
