The Gallatin Bulldog Pride Band performed in the Missouri Day Marching Festival on Saturday, Oct. 18, in Trenton. The Gallatin Band placed second in parade behind Fayette. The students have improved as a band, coming from fifth place at Carrollton Band Day to second place in Trenton. The flags ranked third in class two. Drumline also ranked third in class two. “As we close the competitive marching season, we look forward to participating in local events and improving even more for next year,” said Xandria Obico, Director of Bands. The band’s next event includes auditions for the Northwest Missouri All-District Band on Nov. 1.
