10:15 pm – SO arrested Gary L. Crose, 64, Gallatin, on a probation violation warrant on original charges of 12 counts of passing bad checks. Crose was transported to the DDCRJ. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.

4:35 am – C&I driver southbound I-35 near 64mm.
1:25 pm – MSHP arrested Hildo Martinez, 38, Omaha, Neb. Martinez was transported to the DDCRJ pending issuance of a warrant. A warrant was issued with charges of operate vehicle without a valid license first offense, misdemeanor unclassified. Bond is set at $500 cash.
3:35 pm – Vehicle driving erratic speeds northbound I-35 near 72mm.
4:45 pm – Cows out, corner of Lake Viking Terrace and 165.
11:40 pm – MSHP arrested Duane Allen Swalley, 45, Jamesport, for driving while intoxicated. Swalley was transported to the DDCRJ on a 12-hour detox and released.

1:01 am – Caller advising of being broken down at rest area northbound I-35.
3:01 am – Alarm at high school going off. All ok.
12 pm – Well-being check.
12:32 pm – Controlled burn in Altamont.
1:06 pm – All ok on well-being check.
6:33 pm – Caller reporting wallet stolen.
10 pm – SO arrested Allen Scott Tolen, 49, Jamesport. Tolen was transported to the DDCRJ where a warrant was issued with charges of operating vehicle without valid license, felony D, and speeding, misdemeanor B. Bond was set at $25,000 with 10% allowed.
