Cash to Teachers with Good Attendance

SAVANNAH, MO — Getting teachers to have good attendance is just as important as good student attendance, so the Savannah R-3 School District plans to give cash awards for teacher attendance: $300 for no absences during the contract period, $200 for one absence, $100 for two absences. For three or greater absences there will be no cash awards.
