LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MO — The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and the Chillicothe Police Department have been jointly investigating two incidents of burglary. Suspects allegedly entered the homes and removed certain items from each resident. At least one of the laptops has family history information stored on the hard drive, which is considered irreplaceable by its owners. An arrest warrant has been issued for Brandon Simpson, 24, of Chillicothe, for burglary 1st degree, class B felony and class C felony of stealing. Bond is set at $25,000. The suspect is believed to have fled from the area; anyone with information about his whereabouts should call the sheriff’s office at 660-646-0515. Additional charges against one or more other persons is being considered.
