CHILLICOTHE, MO — On Jan. 1, 2013, podiatrist Jennifer Halligan, D.P.M., will join Hedrick Medical Center as an employed physician. Dr. Halligan, formerly on staff at the Mid-America Foot & Ankle Specialists in Kansas City, has been seeing patients in the Hedrick Specialty Clinic since 2010. The main difference for patients will be that business administration services, including billing, will be provided by Hedrick Medical Center. Dr. Halligan is a Missouri native who grew up in Jefferson City. She completed her undergraduate degrees in chemistry and biology at Southwest Baptist University and earned a degree in podiatric medicine from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Halligan is board qualified in foot surgery and is board qualified in rear foot reconstruction and ankle surgery. The Hedrick Specialty Clinic is located at 100 Central Street in Chillicothe.
