LATHROP, MO — Demanding a Clinton County jury trial, Shelley LaRose, former manager of the Lathrop Senior Citizen Housing (LSCH) facility, is now officially suing long-time Lathrop and county political official Jim Crenshaw for sexual misconduct and wrongful termination. The 56-year old married Holt woman also names Board Members of the LSCH facility in the suit, claiming they illegally terminated her employment on June 21, 2012, for legal actions she took against Mr. Crenshaw and LSCH earlier this year. Ms. LaRose is represented by the law firm of Baldwin & Vernon of Liberty, MO.
