TARKIO, MO — During the July, 2012, meeting of the Tarkio R-1 Board of Education, board members approved a recommendation from technology director Curtis Pease to purchase 60 laptop computers for the upcoming school year. It was also noted that additional band width may need to be purchased with this upgrade in equipment. The computers are to be used in both the high school and elementary school classrooms, 30 to be housed in each building. The computers will be purchased from CDWG.
