STANBERRY, MO — A Stanberry man charged with first degree murder was convicted July 25, 2012, by a Nodaway County jury on four counts of Class C felony unlawful possession of a firearm. Randall Evans, 57, faces a possible sentence of 28 years, each count carrying a maximum of seven years.

Evans was arrested in July, 2011, at the Gentry County Courthouse in Albany, Mo., following an investigation into the disappearance of Daniel Lee Wolf the preceding May.
