The Gilman City Fair was held June 21-23.

There were several events at the fair this year including livestock shows, a softball tournament, kids games, BBQ’s a baby show and a bicycle and pet parade. The livestock show turned out to be the biggest in recent history with 31 head of sheep, 42 head of goats, 148 head of hogs, 65 head of cattle and 26 head of rabbits.
Fair board members were Jackie Reed, Kelly Hightree, Kim Terhune, and Tonia Robertson and livestock judges were Austin Abelht and Vance Vestweber.
Baby show winners are followed by parent names: Girls: 0-6 months – Caiden Stanton from Bethany, Cally Stanton; 7-12 months – Reagan Crump from Gilman City, Jessie and Ashlee Crump; 13-18 months – Abigail Clark from Jamesport, Justin and Sarah Clark; 19-24 months – Taneya Dall from Mt. Moriah, Josh and Tonya Dall; 25-36 months – Macey Warner from Cameron, Bobby and Jamie Warner. Boys: 0-6 months – Diesel Houser from Gallatin, Matt and Rachel Houser; 7-12 months – Marek Spencer from Trenton, Bronwyn Griffith and Josh Spencer; 25-36 months – Aidan Spencer from Trenton, Bronwyn Griffith and Josh Spencer.
Pet Parade winners: 1. Kaitlyn Bird – Gallatin; 2. Jace Estrada- Gilman City; 3. Dawson Toombs – Gilman City.
