The Patron’s Program continues to receive donations and forms will be made available any time the theater is open to the public. "Thank you" cards will be mailed to all donors. A new "level of giving" was initiated for donations other than cash. It will be designated as "Friends of the Theatre."

Contract was received from Lindi Denning of Stage Crew for the use to the theater for spring recital with dates of May 21-26. The high school play was held at the theater on April 13-14.

The air conditioning units will be inspected and serviced as soon as possible. Mark Gay and Steven Riley will be invited to attend the next board meeting to discuss replacement and updating of the theater sound equipment and design.

A donation will be made to Children’s Mercy Hospital with proceeds from the spring musical.

Discussion was held regarding upcoming performances, including the Children’s Theatre, Chautauqua and the fall play.

The treasurer presented bills to be paid and the current financial report.

Next board meeting is set for May 9.
