The hearing was postponed because of a medical leave taken by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jane Brown, the lead attorney in the federal case against the Fromans.
Mrs. Froman plead guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud in federal court on Nov. 10, 2011. Her husband Daniel was sentenced last month and is serving a six-year sentence for mail fraud. The Fromans were co-defendants in the Gallatin Grain Company case in which 100 farmers were defrauded of over $3 million.
