CARF International announced that Access II Independent Living Center Inc. has been accredited for a period of three years for: Centers for Independent Living; Community Employment Services and Employee Development Services programs.
This is the first accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded to Access II Independent Living Center Inc.
This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards.
An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
Access II Independent Living Center Inc. is a nonprofit/not-for-profit organization located at 101 Industrial Parkway, in Gallatin, serving Daviess, Caldwell, Carroll, Grundy, Harrison, Livingston, Mercer and Ray counties since 1995.
Access II ILC has been providing Independent Living Services such as home modifications, benefits counseling, consumer directed services, employment and transitional services as well as many others that encourage and help sustain greater independence to individuals with disabilities.
