Funeral services for Billey Due will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012, at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home in Odessa. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Memorials are suggested to the Gospel Tract Society.

Billey J. Due, 68, Urich, died April 2, 2012, at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.

Billey was born March 16, 1944, to Clarence V. Ratliff and Louise E. Due in Lexington. Billey graduated from the Lexington High School. After high school he served in the Navy.

On Feb. 14, 1985, he married Jane Caton who survives of the home.

He and Jane owned and operated the A.T. Ray Home Bed and Breakfast in Gallatin, and he operated a lamp shop. He retired from the Lake City Ammunition Plant after 38 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Cevie Due, Wallace Ratliff, Ethan Ratliff, Gary Ratliff, and a sister, Bonnie E. Jewell.

Other survivors include his children, Timothy W. Due of Blue Springs, James L. Due of Pryor, Okla., Tina M. Martin of Holden, Tammy R. Due of Kingsville, Michael Caton of Odessa, and Bryan Caton of Lake Lotawana; one sister, Wanda S. Shore of Pocahontas, Ariz.; 17 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and the Ratliffs of Lexington and Richmond.
