Winston students volunteer at Winter Games

The Winston R-6 Character Plus Committee volunteered to work at the Special Olympic Winter Games in St. Joseph on Feb. 2. The committee helped out by keeping score and officiating floor hockey. The purpose of the Winston R-6 Character Education Committee is to promote and practice quality character and traits throughout the school and community. Character Ed members are- Abigail Robinson, Morgan Farrell, Marshall Farrell, Rebecca Hiley, Gillian Heldenbrand, Delilah Gadd and Ashley Noel.
