Graveside services for Grace Nation will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at Greenwood Cemetery in Gallatin. Family visitation is from 10 to 12 noon at McWilliams Funeral Home in Gallatin. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.

Grace M. Roland Nation, 92, of Olathe, Kan., formerly of Gallatin, died Saturday, Jan.7, 2012, at the Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
Grace was born Dec. 7, 1919, in Gallatin to John and Mary (Mason) Roland.
Grace married Raymond Nation on March 16, 1940, in Cameron.
The couple moved to the Kansas City area where Grace worked as a cook at Children’s Mercy Hospital for over 20 years.
She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Kansas City.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond; daughter, Brenda and 13 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include one son, Gary Nation of Olathe, Kan.; one daughter, Julia Curiale of Lee’s Summit; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
