Rhonda Chadwick is opening a bakery inside the building housing her primary business, Second Choices, located at 402 North Main Street in Gallatin.
Queen Bee Bakery will feature decorated cakes, pies, rolls, cinnamon rolls, homemade bread, cookies and cupcakes. Laura Hoyle will serve as chef.
The business officially opened on Nov. 21. The bakery hours will be the same as the hours for Second Choices, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. They will be closed Thanksgiving, but open Friday, Nov. 25.
There is also a gift shop available with candles, candle melts, signs, and lots of Christmas decor.
A grand opening will be held in December.
