Friday, Nov. 11, veterans eat a free fried chicken dinner. Pattonsburg Methodist Pastor Bill Hendricks will play music honoring all of the branches of the military. All veterans present and past will be honored. Make sure to purchase a tribute star for your family member. All proceeds go to the Center.
Our Thanksgiving holiday feast will be on Nov. 18. Door prizes will be handed out to those who get here early enough before the homemade pumpkin bread runs out.
Our weekly homemade pie raffle is made by one of our wonderful volunteers.
Our center will be closed on Nov. 24-25 for Thanksgiving holiday.
Menus for Nov. 14-18
Monday: chili, relish tray, pears, cinnamon roll; Tuesday: ham, scalloped potatoes, mixed vegetable, hot roll, ambrosia salad; Wednesday: BBQ chicken, French onion potatoes, peas and carrots, peach cobbler; Thursday: taco salad, mexicorn, fruit juice, rice pudding; Friday: holiday meal of ham or turkey, dressing, green beans, noodles, potatoes and gravy, cranberry salad, pumpkin pie or cobbler.
