The Ray County Historical Society will offer their final "Travel Through Time" bus tour on Oct. 29.

Those taking the tour will be given handouts detailing Ray County history and bottled water will be provided.

The tour is available for $25 per person in advance, with discounts for groups of four or more.

The Museum needs at least 40 people registered to justify the tour.

This tour is not for small children and some walking is necessary.

All proceeds benefit the Ray County Historical Society.

The bus will leave from the Ray County Museum parking lot at 9 a.m. and return around noon.

Stops include Bob Ford’s Gravesite in the Richmond Cemetery; Bloody Bill Anderson’s Gravesite in the Pioneer Cemetery; the LDS Monument in the Pioneer Cemetery; the Ray County Courthouse; the Alexander Doniphan monument, the World War I Memorial and Monument Doughboy, the World War II Memorial / Monument, the World War II and Korean Memorial, and the Vietnam Memorial; the Trail of Death Historic Marker; the Lewis and Clark Highway; Camden’s old riverboat landings; Bluffton; and the Battle of Albany monument north of Orrick.
