Veronica Krogmarn, 47, Kansas City, received moderate injuries in a motorcycle accident that happened at about 4:51 p.m. on Sept. 10, in Daviess County.
According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Krogmarn was westbound on Hwy. 6, attempting a turn onto southbound Hwy. 13. She was avoiding another motorcycle which slid on wet pavement. Her motorcycle slid, rolled onto its side, and came to rest in the eastbound lane of Hwy. 6.
Krogmarn was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center via Daviess County Ambulance. She was wearing her helmet.
The 2003 Suzuki had minor damage.
The accident was investigated by Sgt. Mark Ott, assisted by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Nelson, 52, Jameson, received minor injuries in an accident that happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 10, on Hwy. 13, two miles northwest of Gallatin.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Nelson was southbound on Hwy. 13 when his 1982 Yamaha motorcycle traveled off of the west side of the roadway and overturned onto its right side.
Nelson was transported by private vehicle to Cameron Regional Medical Center. He was wearing his helmet.
The motorcycle had minor damage.
The accident was investigated by Cpl. L.M. Newman.
