The maintenance free homes measure1,500 feet by 2,100 feet. They will have three bedrooms and two baths and a two-car garage. They are designed with all modern, energy-efficient equipment.

The building project started around the first of September. Linville said it would take about six weeks to finish his sister’s home. The foundation for his mother’s home has been laid, but it will sit until spring to be finished while he does a custom job this fall. His crew varies between five and seven workers.

L.G. lives in Nixa. He is the son of Beverly Webb and the late Gene Linville and the late Lloyd Webb. Linville Construction can be reached for any building projects at 417-894-8086. [Staff Photo/TLH]

Randall and Sally Goin have the basement finished on a new house on South Prospect. The house will be 3,600 square feet with the basement. It will have 11 rooms, three bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms, office, kitchen, family and dining room, plus the basement area. Roger Veale out of Clarksdale did the basement work and bids are presently being taken for the main house construction. The Goins expect the work to begin next spring and when it’s finished they will move in and sell their house on Prospect Street. The Goins have one daughter, Madison, 13, an eighth grader at Gallatin.
