Performing that night will be Liverpool (A Tribute to the Beatles). This program is sponsored by the Grundy County Friends of the Arts and will be held at the Ketcham Community Center on the campus of North Central Missouri College, Trenton. Doors will open at 6 p.m.

From the authentic costumes to the band’s vintage guitars, no expense has been spared to duplicate the Fab Four’s dynamic stage look and sound. Their music spans the entire Beatles career from "The Ed Sullivan Show" to Abbey Road. The presentation is powerful and their enthusiasm is contagious; they even talk and move around on stage like The Beatles, making classic quotes from interviews and television appearances. Authentic studio sounds and a one-of-a-kind background video round out Liverpool’s unique stage show.

Liverpool began paying tribute to The Beatles more than 20 years ago in Kansas City. Three members of the legendary Kansas City band, The Crayons, started the tribute and continue as original members to this day: Larry Kips as "John," Gary Butler as "Ringo," and Steve Davis as "George." Dave Tanner as "Paul" is the newest member, coming on board in 2006.

Liverpool has performed from California to Florida at top notch concert venues, public events, private parties, fairs and festivals, and continues to entertain and delight crowds of all ages. A Liverpool concert is something you’ll not soon forget.
